Our Training Programs

Training at On Ngai follows the traditional methods passed down from our Hong Kong branch

As the first official Lo Leung lion dance team in the United States, our system is rooted in tradition. However at On Ngai we also put our own twist and take on the art.

We offer structured programs in both Lion Dance and Dragon Dance, taught through direct training from Hong Kong masters and senior instructors.

Dragon Dance

Team A Hong Kong

Our dragon dance training is taught under the techniques and methods of Team A in Hong Kong, one of the region’s most respected and technically advanced dragon dance teams.
